If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of purchase prepaid. It must be in NEW condition, including all original hang tags and packaging. You will require an RA# in order to return your purchase which can be obtained by emailing

Please include your name and contact information. Your local Valhalla Pure Outfitters store is unable to process Estore returns or warranties. Please note that all sales on climbing gear are final. COD returns will be refused.

If the product to return is due to manufacturing failure or oversight, please send us an email and we will direct you as to which store you need to return it to. If you're unsure, it's best to email us at with your order number. Wear and tear is not covered by any supplier warranties, but can often be repaired at a reasonable charge.
